By the Grace of Almighty Allah, the S.A.K. Nursery & Primary School was established in the year 2002, at Triplicane, heart of the Chennai City, with and intention to run an English Medium School to the needy below-average economic group people. Inculcating knowledge and virtues are the utmost aim of the School.  By the Grace of Allah, the school was recognized by the Government of Tamilnadu and it is marching on its 12 year.

From the very beginning, the school has been open to all communities, irrespective of caste or creed. It concentrates on imparting Spiritual, Moral, Academic and Aesthetic Values through formal and non formal courses with emphasis on Courtesy, Honesty, Integrity and Loyalty

The school started with 150 Students, 9 Teachers, 2 Non Teaching Staff and 8 Class Rooms.  By the greatest grace of Almighty, in this Academic Year, we are having 510 Students, 21 Teachers, 6 Non Teaching Staff and 22 Class Rooms.  Alhamdu lillah.

Certain special features of the School :

  • Even though it is an English Medium School, from the very beginning the school is teaching Tamil language as a compulsory subject.
  • Imparting Moral Teachings to all the students and Basic Religious Duties to the Islamic Students to make them excel in the society
  • Implemented and following the ‘Activity Based learning’ Method since 2007.
  • Introduced ‘Smart Class’ method from 2012 to develop our children’s learning ability with modern techniques.
  • Apart from regular academics, we train our students in various extracurricular activities. As a milestone in our victorious journey, Bharat Scouts & Guides’ Cubs & Bulbuls wing has been started in our school in the year 2009 in the name & style of S.A.K. Scout Group & S.A.K. Guide Group.
  • Every Year our Cubs and Bulbuls attending various Scout camps and Inter School Competitions and won many prizes and bag many awards like ‘CHATURTHA CHARAN’ and ‘HEERAK PANKH’ awards.
  • To make our students excel in multi lingual skills, we are teaching ‘Hindi’ as one of the languages right from the 1st
  • On the basis of the intensive teaching, our students are appearing for the ‘Prathmic’ examination conducted by ‘Hindhi Prachar Sabha’ while they are at 5th Since 2010, all our students are appearing to the ‘Sabha’ exam, and all are succeeding and receiving certificates from the ‘Hindhi Prachar Sabha’.  One of the student trained by us is appearing for Hindi ‘Praveen – Poorvardh’ exam in the upcoming exam to be held in Feb’14. This is because of our initiative we have taken in the school. Alhamdulillah.
